When you have completed the appropriate form, remember to select the "submit" button to complete your request. Within a few seconds of your request, you should receive a confirmation screen detailing the information you sent and informing you that we have received your request.

Please remember that coverage is not bound with your website request.

You will receive a response within one business day after you submit your information.

POLICYHOLDER SERVICE

As a benefit to our customers, Berger & O'Neal has made available to some of our policyholders a direct Policyholder Service Program. Currently, this program is available for the following insurance companies:

ON-LINE SERVICES OVERVIEW

We invite you to use our online services at your convenience. We encourage you to request a quote, report a claim, ID card, Certificate of Insurance or change your policy by completing the appropriate on-line forms.

REQUEST A QUOTE

You supply us with basic information and we will provide you with a competitive quote.

REPORT A CLAIM

Reporting a claim on-line allows Berger and O'Neal begin the claim process through the Internet. This application allows you to report your claim at your convenience. Our claim representatives will quickly get in touch with you to finalize your claim.

REQUEST AN VEHICLE INSURANCE ID CARD

If you didn't get an ID card, or have misplaced the one you did receive, you can request a new ID card using this form.

REQUEST A CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE

All requests for Certificates of Insurance will be processed and mailed within one business day, and you will have an opportunity to save a copy of the information you provide here for your own records.

CHANGE YOUR POLICY

When requesting an endorsement or change on-line, you are not guaranteed that there is coverage. Coverage will be confirmed or denied once policy status has been established. Once you have submitted the request for change, you should receive notice from our office within one business day.
