As a benefit to our customers, Berger & O'Neal has made available to some of our policyholders a direct Policyholder Service Program. Currently, this program is available for the following insurance companies:

Customer service representatives can provide you with a wide array of services on you policy including:

• Payment & Billing Answers
• Policy Changes & Premiums
• ID Cards
• Mortgage Holder Certificates & Changes
• Claims

We invite you to use this program at anytime you wish for fast, convenient service.

KEMPER POLICYHOLDER SERVICE

Customer service teams are available Monday through Friday from 8 am to 6 pm EST at 1-800-327-1500. For claims, call 24-hours a day at 1-888-252-2799.

PROGRESSIVE POLICYHOLDER SERVICE

Customer service teams are available Monday through Friday from 8 am to 6 pm EST at 1-877-776-2436.

SAFECO POLICYHOLDER SERVICE

Customer service teams are available to make changes or report claims from 8 am to 6 pm EST.

TRAVELERS POLICYHOLDER SERVICE

Customer service teams are available to make changes or report claims 24-hours a day.

ZuRICH POLICYHOLDER SERVICE

Customer service teams are available Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm EST at 1-866-972-7378. For claims, call 24-hours a day at 1-800-987-3373.
